Placing an Order and Modifications

You can place an order online. A new customer can set up an individual account by filling out a form. This is not obligatory.
Your order can by modified if you noticed any mistake just after you order. Remember we are trying to fit in the timescale we promised, so your time is limited to 1 days. It is better to call as straight away if your order needs an improvement. We should be aware by phone and by email regarding any changes.

Bulk Discounts

We offer discounts. Information is usually placed next to the order.

Shipping

You can pick up your order yourself or we can deliver directly to address you entered in the order form. Just remember that there will be a delivery cost added to the final price.

We sell fresh products, so we deliver to our customers ourselves (we do not use courier services), so deliveries are made within Bradford & Leeds. Delivery by Royal Mail or courier only at the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Policy

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

The customer ordering a product to claim only if the resulting product is not compatible for a specification or is damaged. Complaints regarding non-compliance with the order must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Exchange of the order or a refund can be made upon recipient of faulty products. Complaints submitted after 5 working days will not be considered.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

4M Studio will cover return shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in a damaged condition or are confirmed by a Shop representative to be defective – not applicable to orders sent by courier or Royal Mail.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

At the time of placing an order in the system arises automatically financial liability of accomplishing the 4M Studio. The withdrawal of the order is possible only if the order was not communicated to pursue. A request for withdrawal of the order by the Customer must be submitted exclusively in writing and confirm his message by telephone.
Order cancellation does not apply to individual order.

Deadlines – How long will my order take?

Majority of the orders will take up to 2 days. All deadlines are given in working days. Through the business day means any day except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other days off from work. Completion date is counted from the day following the date of deposit of the order in the system Shop and pay duties. Completion date extended by the period resulting from a change in the findings or of obstacles major, independent from the seller.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies which enables identification of user devices and adapting websites to personal preference. Cookies are also used by our site for statistical purposes. The customer has the ability to disable the cookies in their browser, but it can cause improper functioning of the service on your device.

Payments

Acceptable method of payment a payment on account in the amount of 100% of the contract through a system of PayPal.
